What is your sampling procedure?

For new sample developments we will charge a small fee for new buyers. Samples will take between 2-6 weeks depending on the complexity of the item and detailed requirements. 
In most circumstances the sample fee will be refunded based on an order placed if the minimum quantity is met.
Of course, if you want an available sample to check our workmanship, we will provide it for free (depending on availability). In some cases we may require these back.
For firm orders our normal procedure is we will first send an approval sample in similar fabric/available colours for your comments. After receiving your comments and approval of all lab dips and accessories, we will send pre-production samples followed by Production samples. Sample procedure can be tailor made based on client requirements.

What’s the minimum order amount?

Our minimum quantity is usually 1000 pcs per colour, per style. However if you require less, we are happy to help and try find a solution.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide, but the majority of our clients are based in US, Canada, South America, Europe and Middle East.

What are your payment terms?

Our payment terms are Sight Irrevocable L/C opened at time of order confirmed or 30% Deposit and balance 70% on shipment. If you have other suggestions we are open to negotiation.

What is your production lead time and the capacity monthly?

Our factories monthly capacity is approximately 66,000pcs and lead times range between 90-120 days depending on styling and requirement. If we cannot accommodate your needs in our factory, we will offer solutions and source your goods in our other partner factories through our trading company.

How can you ensure your quality?

We have a dedicated, professional inspection team who examine production in all stages; from receiving fabric to in line inspection and final inspection. In addition to the team, we have dedicated product safety managers. We also work closely with third party inspection companies such as SGS, and also welcome you to invite your own inspection team to approve the goods.

Can you supply labels, size specs, designs, etc?

We can help our buyers source all labels and accessories. If clients have nominated suppliers, we are happy to purchase from them. We can also provide size specs, fit comments and design assistance where necessary.

Are you a factory or trading company?

We started as a trading company but now we have grown into having ownership of a factory in Shandong Province, China. We will always be transparent about whether we are sourcing your goods from our own factory or wether the goods will be made. For more details about our factory, please see factory page.
