Sustainability

To ensure that our factories and offices are operating in a sustainable manner, we look at all ends of the spectrum. No stone is left unturned, we believe that each small change can make a big difference. We focus on reducing energy consumption and increasing energy efficiency. To start we use energy-efficient lighting and renewable energy sources where possible in our facilities and offices.

We then aim to minimize waste production and implement effective waste management practices. This involves measures such as recycling, reusing materials, and reducing packaging waste. We prioritize the use of sustainable materials and production methods. This can involve the following processes:

  1. Waterless dyeing: This process eliminates the need for large amounts of water typically used in traditional dyeing methods. Instead, it uses air pressure to infuse dye into the fabric.

  2. Digital printing: This process uses digital technology to print designs directly onto the fabric, eliminating the need for large quantities of water and dyes typically used in traditional printing methods.

  3. Natural dyeing: This process uses plant-based dyes, such as indigo or madder, to color fabric, which is a more sustainable alternative to synthetic dyes.

  4. Organic and regenerative farming: This process involves using organic and regenerative farming practices to grow natural fibres, such as cotton or hemp, without the use of harmful pesticides or fertilizers.

  5. Recycled fibres: This process of producing recycled fibers involves collecting the waste materials, sorting and cleaning them, and then breaking them down into small fibers. These fibers can then be spun into yarns and woven or knitted into fabrics for use in clothing manufacturing.

  6. Using recycled fibers in clothing manufacturing has several environmental benefits. Firstly, it helps to reduce the amount of waste that ends up in landfills or oceans. Additionally, it requires less energy and water to produce recycled fibers compared to virgin fibers, which helps to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and conserve natural resources. Some popular recycled fibers used in clothing manufacturing include recycled polyester, recycled nylon, and recycled cotton.

By incorporating these practices into our operations, we reduce our environmental impact and create more sustainable and ethical fashion products. We can provide products with WRAP, GOTS, BCI, and OKEO-TEX certifications.
