Production process
Design & Sampling
We work with our clients in order to make sure they are satisfied with the product they are buying, whether it's OEM or your design. Once we confirm the CAD design, we will move to sampling. Sampling can take 2-6 weeks depending on the garment complexity and requirements.
Production
Once an order is confirmed, our team will work with you to confirm all relevant details, such as labels, accessories, packaging, shipment date, and ashipment method. We will send PP samples followed by production samples. Sample requirements can be tailor made as per clients requirements.
Facilities
There are 5 main 1 story buildings, each servicing different purposes.
2 workshops
2 for warehousing outgoing goods and incoming fabrics
1 as a staff canteen
The total area spans 3597 square meters.
Labelling & Packaging
We pack our goods as per our customers requirements. However, if there are no packing requirements we will pack each piece folded in a polybag, suitably packed in each export carton. We can also help our buyers design and source all labels and accessories. If you have nominated suppliers we can also purchase directly from them.
Inspection
Our dedicated and professional inspection team examine the production in all stages, from receiving the fabric to in line goods inspection and final inspection. Alongside our dedicated team of inspectors and managers in each stage we also have product safety managers to ensure our goods are of the highest quality.
Health & Safety
The factory has an allocated EHS manager to ensure relevant law and regulations and followed and risk analysis operations take place.Â
The buildings safety and fire safety equipment (fire hoses, extinguishers, emergency lighting, fire alarms, evacuation plans, etc) are maintained often and thoroughly. All aisles in workshop and warehouse are unblocked for evacuation in case of emergency.
Shipping
Our shipping department is managed from Hong Kong. Our team manages everything from sample dispatch notifications to computing the cost of freight and invoicing. If you need your goods as soon as possible, we are happy to arrange air freight quotations as well as sea.
Staff
We have over 100 staff members in our team, split between the factory, our China office located in Qingdao, China, and our Head office in Hong Kong. Our assembly staff comprises of 68 workers.
